Miami Dade County proposes changes to its community development and affordable housing policies
Miami-Dade Office of Community and Econmic Devepment (OCED) has released a draft of its "FY 2005 Action Plan Policies" which, when adopted by the County Commission, will govern the upcoming consolidated RFP funding process (for CDBG, HOME, Surtax, and other programs)
